This picture reminds me of my paternal grandmother. She had long white hair and twirled it into a bun each morning. I remember how shocked I was when I saw it down one day. :)
My maternal grandmother had long hair, and while she didn't live long enough for it to turn white, she wore it in braids that circled her head. I, too, was shocked one day when I happened to be at her house when she was shampooing her hair, and I saw how long it was.
Amen! I find myself experiencing this as I grow older. My focus on God's word and HIS presence for example.
