    1. Thank you, Viola. I copied off the information that you shared with me about the Lebkuchen tin and when my husband got the tin down for me, I saw something I had forgotten. On beautiful paper on the inside of the lid was printed what I assume is much of the same information that you shared. It's all in German so I'm not positive, but I think that is probably what it is. I laid the paper that I printed off of what you had shared beside what was already there. Thank you again, so much.

  8. Dear sweet Dianna, I appreciate your comment so much. I thought to myself, I will visit Dianna's blog. I've spent Christmas eve raking leaves and was busy knee deep in a mass of wet leaves when I thought of you...seriously. :) You have such a wonderful blog. It calmed me down and made me feel better to sit here and look at your posts. I hope you and all your family have a wonderful Christmas.

    1. Dear Melba...thank you so much for your kindness. I'm thankful that the Lord brings about a sense of peace when you visit with me. I was so happy to see that you were posting again. I was afraid that you or your hubby were sick and as it turns out it was your computer. Thank you for visiting with me. Merry Christmas, my friend. xx
