ReplyDeleteThank you, Mari. :) It is pretty and I love the shade of pink that it is...but it is not what Carroll ordered. I decided rather than be upset over it, I would just enjoy its own beauty.
DeleteWe have one that Bob ordered called a carpet lily. It was supposed to be very short and red. We got some that grow to be 19 inches and are pink! Like you, we still enjoy it and every year we laugh when we see our carpet lilies growing tall!
