  1. This is a verse that I've always liked. Some time ago that verse was mentioned in a bible study I did that talked about the verses surrounding it, where David is talking about his enemies surrounding him. But - he is able to sleep knowing God sustains him. So true that we can be anxious and stressed and can't sleep, but with the knowledge of God being in control, we are able to rest.

  4. And wasn't that the most wonderful feeling! I do not often have trouble sleeping...but when the Lord gives me a wonderful, deep sleep all night - amazing!!
