Stuffed Red Peppers with Cod and Garlic

While this isn't the best picture,
I have to say that this recipe was absolutely delicious!

The thing we really enjoyed about it is how we could taste each ingredient distinctively.

Do you know Jan at Low Carb Diabetic blog?
If you don't, you really should give her a visit.

Don't let the Low-Carb Diabetic aspect stop you,
because the recipes are amazing regardless.

HERE is the link to the recipe pictured above.

    1. :) I'm very blessed to have a husband who will try anything...at least once. I've even convinced him after many years, that asparagus is good! :)

    1. It really is a great recipe because of all the other ingredients you make the filling with besides just the fish. But when it's all said and done, you can taste each of the ingredients...none of them overpower the other.

    1. The filling for these peppers is delicious...and everything is cooked and then put together as the filling,
so, the peppers only need to bake a short while in the oven.

      Jan is a delight!
