While this isn't the best picture,
I have to say that this recipe was absolutely delicious!
The thing we really enjoyed about it is how we could taste each ingredient distinctively.
Do you know Jan at Low Carb Diabetic blog?
If you don't, you really should give her a visit.
Don't let the Low-Carb Diabetic aspect stop you,
because the recipes are amazing regardless.
HERE is the link to the recipe pictured above.
what a great recipe! however my husband isn't in love with fish...there's always something.
ReplyDelete:) I'm very blessed to have a husband who will try anything...at least once. I've even convinced him after many years, that asparagus is good! :)
DeleteShe does post some really good recipes!
ReplyDeleteYes, she certainly does, Mari.
DeleteLooks very good! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThank you, my friend. I think of you each day when I check out Jan's Low Carb Diabetic recipes and blog. You can get some really good recipes and ideas from her.
DeleteI have to say, I never thought of stuffing peppers with fish but what a good idea...
ReplyDeleteIt really is a great recipe because of all the other ingredients you make the filling with besides just the fish. But when it's all said and done, you can taste each of the ingredients...none of them overpower the other.
DeleteI would never have thought to stuff the peppers with cod. looks like a great recipe and healthy as well. I love red peppers..actually peppers of all kinds. hoping your day is filled with tons of laughter
ReplyDeleteI know...but it's delicious! Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteI am just so pleased you enjoyed this recipe, many thanks for the link to me and the low carb diabetic blog.
ReplyDeleteHave a happy Wednesday.
All the best Jan
We certainly did enjoy these peppers. You are most welcome, Jan, for the link. I enjoy doing that when I have the opportunity. xx
DeleteLove stuff peppers but never tried it with cod.
ReplyDeleteThe stuffing is more than just cod...good things like tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano. So yummy!
DeleteSounds really good. I've stuffed peppers but never with fish.
ReplyDeleteYes, I've read Jan's blog for years. :)
The filling for these peppers is delicious...and everything is cooked and then put together as the filling,
Deleteso, the peppers only need to bake a short while in the oven.
Jan is a delight!
