After you have suffered for a little while,
the God of all grace,
Who called you to His eternal glory in Christ
will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.
1 Peter 5:10 (NASB)
Could life be any better than having the Creator of the universe Himself
take care of you?
I think not.
This is a verse that I keep visible at our kitchen table.
May He Himself bless you this day.
Such a wonderful verse!
ReplyDeleteSeeing the crocus is a happy thing after the long winter.
I read that verse at least three times a day. I've really enjoyed the crocus this spring.

DeleteOur pastor went through a series on 1 Peter last year, and often closed the service with this verse. It was helpful to hear it repeatedly like that.
ReplyDeleteIt truly is helpful to have it repeatedly frequently. That's why I leave out at our kitchen table.
DeleteComforting to know that HE will never leave us alone.
ReplyDeleteYes it is, Karen.
